Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the operational, financial and regulatory performance of the care home. Maintain CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement in care standards. Lead, develop and performance manage the staff team to ensure safe, person-centred care. Manage budgets and occupancy to ensure the ongoing sustainability of the service. About You Previous experience as a registered Home Manager within a CQC-regulated care home. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards. Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
