Job Description
TXM Recruit is currently seeking two Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, servicing ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.
The role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 8-4 or 9-5, and offers ample overtime opportunities.
Weekend work is required on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4 weekends, but this may vary).
Flexibility during the busy season (May to October) is necessary regarding hours and days worked.
Salary: £40,000
(Overtime after 40 hours is paid at time and a half.)
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
* Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
* Test closed-loop heating circuits for correct levels.
* Assist other team members as required.
* Maintain inventory of plumbing materials.
* Communicate regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
* Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures.
* Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
* Perform any other duties as assigned.
