Teaching Personnel has a great opportunity to work with an alternative provision based in Manchester. The school provides high-quality, supportive, and inspirational teaching to young people at Key Stages 3 and 4. They are looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join their dedicated team.
Position Details:
* Location: Manchester
* Salary: £30,000-£40,000 plus company benefits
* Type: Permanent / Full Time
Candidate Profile:
The school seeks an experienced, qualified teacher with a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEMG students and/or SEN, and possess a subject specialism.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Engage learners and support their ambitions with creativity and fresh ideas.
* Hold QTS/QTLS qualifications.
* Experience in secondary education, particularly with SEMG students and/or SEN.
* Understanding of alternative provision and special needs.
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Professional communication with students and staff.
* Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
* Strong time management skills for planning, delivery, and assessment.
