Overview
As Accounts Payable Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations across our business. This part time role (0.5 FTE) is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
* Processing invoices and matching them to purchase orders.
* Inputting and updating data.
* Performing bank reconciliations (training provided if required).
* Preparing weekly supplier payment runs.
* Raising purchase orders for intercompany recharges.
* Managing the accounts payable inbox.
* Carrying out company card reconciliations.
