Location: Northampton
Salary: GBP30,203 GBP34,022 per annum
Annual Leave: 33 days + 5 days Christmas closure
Pension: Government workplace pension with 20% employer contribution

About the role
Think FE are proud to be working with an EF college in Northampton who are seeking a reliable Farm Foreman. Reporting to the Farm Manager and supported by a dedicated farm worker, you’ll take an active role in livestock management, arable operations, and machinery upkeep.
Responsibilities
* Lambing and calving
* Managing harvest and arable operations
* Maintaining and operating a range of farm equipment and machinery
Qualifications
* A vocational, farm-based qualification
* A valid licence for either a telehandler or a forklift
* Spraying certifications ideally PA1 and PA6
* Demonstrated experience in livestock handling (particularly sheep), feed systems, and arable farming
