Confido Consult is proud to be working with one of our most highly regarded clients, a leading Building Control Approver who has mastered the recent Building Safety Regulator (BSR) changes, leaving them in an incredibly strong position for growth and long-term success.
Theyre now seeking an experienced Building Control Plan Checker (L2D RBI or above) to join their talented team.

Support to Progress: The team is ideally looking for someone with L2D RBI status, but theyre more than happy to support those who are close to achieving it. With a strong mentorship and supervision process in place, youll receive the exposure and support you need to progress through the ranks.
Domestic Focus with Diversity: Your day-to-day will predominantly involve domestic projects, but the business works across a broad range of developments, including high-rise buildings (HRBs) and everything in between. This means youll never get bored, with a variety of interesting and challenging projects to sink your teeth into.
Admin Support: Youll have an experienced and well-resourced admin team to help streamline your workload, so you can focus on what you do besttechnical workwithout getting bogged down by non-technical tasks.
Site Flexibility: While youll mainly focus on plan checking, if you prefer keeping some involvement with site inspections, this can be adapted depending on your location.
