About the Role
Join Accenture Song’s Data and AI practice as a Data Science Manager focusing on generative AI solutions for marketing and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Shape Customer and Marketing Experiences with Generative AI solutions, creating and owning real‑world AI solutions for clients.
* Build essential data platforms, products, and capabilities that empower clients and colleagues.
* Set and implement the strategic vision for Applied Intelligence’s data ecosystem, including data science and engineering.
* Assess generative AI proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs, evaluating feasibility, stack compatibility, and build‑vs‑buy decisions.
* Work collaboratively with digital teams, senior architects, and stakeholders to design comprehensive AI solutions within the enterprise.
* Drive and implement real‑world solutions into production that drive measurable business value.
* Work alongside global teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
* Become an integral part of the Applied Intelligence team, developing skills through world‑class training programmes.

Qualifications & Experience
* Define and deliver customer‑centric data strategies, translating business needs into robust data solutions and owning data strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence.
* Lead generative AI innovation and prototyping, architecting early‑stage initiatives and proof‑of‑concept (PoC) development.
* Serve as a subject‑matter expert on generative AI, guiding cross‑functional teams.
* Deploy and scale AI solutions, including containerization, performance monitoring, and production deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Ensure responsible and ethical AI by integrating Responsible AI principles and standards into LLM evaluations.
* Advocate adoption of cutting‑edge data technologies and methodologies.
* Operate across industries and business functions to deliver AI‑driven transformations.
* Mentor and develop others within the practice.
