Social Work Team Manager - Children with Disabilities - Kensington (UK) - £45.20 per hour Hourly - Ongoing contract

Join us as a Social Work Team Manager within the Children with Disabilities Family Help Service in Kensington. Full-time position with core working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but with the flexibility to adjust start and finish times around your needs. If you've got recent managerial experience and a passion for leading teams in children's services, we want to hear from you. What you will do:

- Lead and supervise a team of social workers, ensuring high-quality support and outcomes for children with disabilities and their families

- Develop and implement effective strategies and policies that support the team in delivering exceptional service

- Manage and monitor caseloads, prioritising the needs and welfare of children while maintaining high standards

- Collaborate with partner agencies, families, and communities to ensure a comprehensive approach to children’s services

- Provide expert guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive team culture


Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent in social work

- Current registration with Social Work England

- Significant managerial experience, including roles as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager

- Extensive frontline experience in children’s services, specifically working within disabilities support
