Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a first-class Executive Assistant to provide c-suite support to the Group CEO, CFO and General Counsel. This role requires candidates who can operate at pace with low margin for error. A fantastic opportunity for an EA who wants to work for a growth oriented and results driven business. Key Duties for the EA:




\t
* Managing highly complex and fast-paced diary; making quick decisions on behalf of Group CEO, GC and CFO, including detailed travel arrangements throughout the UK and internationally


\t

* Strategically scheduling appointments with key internal and external stakeholders, planning for the coming calendar year– annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly meetings


\t

* Ensure report deadlines and actions, including minutes are met for Executive Team


\t

* Promptly reviewing and tracking incoming enquiries such as e-mails, calls, invitations and correspondence, and responding directly or drafting correspondence on behalf of the Group CEO, GC and CFO


\t

* Inbox and file management, including the setting up and maintaining of systems to store important information and data


\t

* Preparing presentations and reports, including Group report co-ordination


\t

* Accountable for the electronic library of Op-Co Board reports and Board minutes, ensuring all reports and minutes are filed timely.


\t

* Proactively manage all legal documentation for Group CEO, GC and CFO signature, ensuring accuracy of documentation and meeting deadlines.




The Ideal EA:




\t
* Demonstratable and proven work experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Executives/ Board


\t

* A self-starter, capable of acting on own initiative and proactively managing competing demands and pressures and able to multi-task effectively


\t

* To be able to work with versatility and flexibility, meeting unexpected, very tight, deadlines on occasions


\t

* Highly competent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications


\t

* Attention to detail


\t

* Strong communication skills


\t

* Honesty, confidentiality & integrity


\t

* Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships


\t

* Maintain high professionalism at all times
