Trailer Logistics Coordinator / Brokerage Specialist
Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (35-hour week)
Start Date: June 2026
Salary: £28,000- £32,000
We’re looking for a Trailer Logistics Coordinator / Brokerage Specialist to join my clients growing and highly collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some hands-on experience in trailer logistics or customs brokerage who’s ready to develop their skills further in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating trailer movements and ensuring smooth logistics operations
Handling customs processes including TSS entries and T1 documentation
Managing and maintaining accurate shipment and trailer documentation
Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external partners
Supporting the brokerage function with day-to-day operations
Ensuring compliance with relevant customs and transport regulations
What We’re Looking For
Around 2+ years’ experience in logistics, trailer coordination, or customs brokerage (flexible for the right person)
Experience with TSS, T1s, and trailer documentation is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Brokerage experience is a strong advantage - we’re happy to train someone with the right mindset and foundation.
