Tenancy Services Officer required for an established client to join on either an immediate permanent or temp too perm basis. Working 37 hours across Monday - Friday, the salary will be £34,434, hybrid based, with an expectation for the individual to work 2 days a week in the office and the rest of the week out on site and from home.
Candidates applying for this role must have previous tenancy services experience, a UK driving license with own vehicle, and a basic DBS will be carried out should the post holder not hold a current check.
Duties:
Assist with tenants income collection, anti-social behaviour and tenancy management
Accountable for around 850 dwellings
Play an active part in the provision of a local, responsive, housing service as part of the tenancy services team
Ensure tenants comply with their conditions of their tenancy
Monitor all current accounts in arrears up to notice stage and take appropriate action
Monitor hostel, garage and any other accounts in arrears up to notice stage
Investigate and resolve reports of anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy
Process applications and requests for changes to tenancies
Carry out regular grounds maintenance inspectionsBenefits:
