Site Administrator Location: Sandy, SG19 1QY Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday Competitive Salary Benefits. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team at our Sandy site. This is a great opportunity for you to bring your strong administration and time management skills to life and have an immediate impact on our operation! We’re continually investing in our people, processes, and equipment to ensure we push the boundaries within our sector. If you want to be part of our team, then read on! So, what's the role about? Working as part of our Operations team, you will ensure all site administration tasks are completed accurately and on time. This will include (but is not limited to) maintaining effective stock control, purchase order management, updating our computer system (AX) and ensuring that goods are at the right level so that our production colleagues don’t fall into difficulties. You will also support the SHEQ team (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) in maintaining compliance. This will include covering and supporting our SHEQ Compliance Leader to ensure standards are in place and adhered to at the site, and that effective procedures are in place to manage compliance. What are the required skills? Strong administrative skills Stock control experience is advantageous as you will be assisting with stock takes and carrying out cycle counts ISO understanding related to Health and Safety compliance and/or IOSH qualification is preferred Excellent IT skills - particularly Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Previous experience of ERP/MRP systems Previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) would be advantageous Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload to time limits Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ideally, you’ll be able to produce and maintain spreadsheet reports/pivot tables using Excel Benefits Hybrid working with 2 days a week in our Head Office in Elland Guaranteed Christmas holidays Development opportunities 34 days per annum or the equivalent in hours (inclusive of bank holidays) Health care cash plan – support with Dental, Optical, Prescription costs and many more!
