2. Salary: £101.40 per day
3. Start Date: October 6th (Trial days available)
4. Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 4:00 pm), Term Time Only

We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for Psychology graduates to begin or advance their career in education by working as an SEN Learning Support Assistant in our partner primary schools. You will be supporting children with Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and mild learning difficulties. This role provides invaluable experience for those looking to pursue careers in educational psychology, social work, or related fields.

As an SEN LSA specialising in Autism and other special needs, you will work with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them to engage in their learning and personal development within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. You will also support the creative use of school spaces – such as classrooms, playgrounds, and sensory areas – to maximise engagement, independence, and inclusion.
