As a Family Support Worker, you will collaborate with Social Workers and multi-agency partners to support children, young people, and their families or carers. Your role involves identifying needs, supporting care navigation, maintaining family connections, and assisting with assessments.
You should have a strong understanding of the challenges facing children and families, experience in partnership and direct work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support families in crisis. Training on the Signs of Safety operational model will be provided.
