Our clients very large and busy nursery in Fleet are looking for a passionate qualified Early Years Practitioner to join them, you will have a minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years, stepping up to be 2nd in Room working in the babies. A fantastic opportunity to join a growing nursery, and our clients are offering full or part time hours - 3, 4 or 5 day working week. Amazing Salary is up to £29,120 depending on qualifications, experience and working hours. Together with great benefits including performance monthly bonuses and opportunities for further qualifications and career opportunities.

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role
* Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
* Experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
