Description
As the Senior/Lead Video and Animation Designer, you will oversee all video and animation projects within the agency, whilst also creating video and animation projects yourself. This is a hands on managerial role. Managing both creative output and project timelines. Leading and mentoring a team of motion designers, ensuring creative quality, consistency with brand/client goals, and on-time delivery. You will balance creative leadership with production oversight and team development.
1. Lead all video and animation projects from concept to delivery.
2. Manage a team of motion designers.
3. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account Managers, Animators, and clients to define project scopes and creative vision.
