Overview
We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator who has a valid MHE licence (PPT, Reach, or VNA) to work nights for a leading warehousing and logistics provider based in Lutterworth.
Shifts & Pay
4 on, 4 off. NIGHTS: 6pm-6am (1800-0600) - £16.30 per hour.
As Transport Administrator you will be based in the warehouse office on the night shift, dealing with drivers undertaking any of the following duties:
Responsibilities
* MHE Operation: Safely operating MHE trucks for picking, packing, and replenishing stock, particularly in high-bay racking.
* Transport Admin/Support: Monitoring delivery schedules, liaising with drivers, managing paperwork, and resolving transport delays.
* Warehouse Operations: Loading/unloading vehicles, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate, timely inventory movement.
* Compliance & Safety: Conducting equipment inspections, following health and safety guidelines, and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
* Valid License: A valid VNA, Reach or PPT license is required (externally accredited by RTITB, AITT or ITSARR).
* Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or transport administration role.
* Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
