Job Description
Position Purpose
* To drive customer retention through marketing activities in support of the CHEP Europe Pallets business objectives.
* To create marketing content that articulates the business value proposition to retain & grow with the European Strategic Partnership accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Create marketing content to deliver targeted & measurable campaigns that deliver on the EU Retention strategy, working with agencies where needed.
* Apply Account Based Marketing principles as needed on European Strategic Partnerships and support with executive content for C-suite customer meetings.
* Support contract renewal, primarily for EKA, European Strategic Partnerships tender & Top to Top including content creation.
* Build connections with customers to gain referrals and renewals, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, and obtain customer feedback to inform campaigns & strategy.
* Serve as brand champion, ensuring marketing programs and activities are executed with brand compliance and aligned with global initiatives.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and leverage customer interactions for content sourcing, staying aware of industry trends for developing original content that articulates the EU business value proposition.
* Manage budget and coordinate with suppliers.
* Participate in European or global retention or customer experience projects from international teams.
* Report progress against plans with clear metrics on all activities.
* Maintain workflow tools with accurate timelines and dependencies.
* Ensure all work aligns with team and business mission and goals.
* Manage unplanned requests and drive planned content related to brand and contract negotiations.
* Identify operational efficiencies and collaboration opportunities, building relationships to support continuous improvement.
Skills / Experience
* Experience in planning and executing B2B marketing strategies and programs.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and savvy.
* Customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in marketing content creation.
* Support for retention initiatives across Europe.
