This organisation is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team. They're a very successful organisation with a high turnover.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing customer and sales support to their customers. This includes processing customer orders via email, handling queries, liaising with thepany's partners and suppliers, and dealing with transport and hauliers. You will also be creating quotes and any other ad-hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working in a similar sales support administrative role will help you succeed in this role. You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well excellentmunication skills. You can build good lasting relationships with customers and partners and have a great telephone manner. You're personable, hard-working, a team player, and can work well to tight deadlines and under pressure.
