Curriculum Manager - Health and Social Care

5 days, Mon - Fri
Duties:
* Lead and manage curriculum planning, development, and delivery aligned with employer and industry needs.
* Line manage and mentor a team of teaching staff, promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
* Monitor course performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
* Deliver 7–12 hours of high-quality teaching weekly as a role model for the team.
* Work closely with stakeholders to enhance learner employability, including work placements and progression opportunities.
Levels and qualification: (if applicable)
* Substantial vocational experience in Health and Social Care and Childcare
* Proven success in teaching or training within the subject area
