Planning & Inventory Manager | Bury St Edmunds | £50,000 - £60,000
A unique opportunity here for those who enjoy leading a planning function & keeping their hands very much involved in the day to day – with no team to manage!

Naturally, with the salary range & benefits on offer, we are looking for someone at the top of their game. You’ll need to have some of the experience gained from senior positions too, such as high-level reporting and being able to engage with top-level stakeholders.
Your role will be own the planning strategy, ensuring a robust supply chain of getting products to customers with minimal issues and ensuring cost remains under control. There’s a wide range of planning experience required – material, production & inventory – in addition to excellent excel skills and knowledge of S&OP + IBP principles.

What will you need?
* A successful supply chain career within FMCG manufacturing covering multiple different types of planning
* Excellent excel skills, BI reporting & exposure to ERP software
* Happy to be “on the tools” doing the planning yourself, rather than your team doing it
* Great communication skills internally & externally
