Project Administrator
Alphatrack Systems Ltd is looking for a Project Administrator to support Project Managers with smooth project delivery and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Collate job packs and arrange client appointments
* Manage project completion, billing, and O+M manuals
* Maintain CRM and Excel tracking documents
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Qualifications
* Previous admin experience (customer service or operational support preferred)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Outlook & Word; Excel knowledge desirable
* Attention to detail and proactive approach
