IT Support Engineer – Contract Role (Chester, Stoke & Crewe Offices)
Location: Chester (Home Office), also supporting Stoke & Crewe
Duration: 6–12 Months
Rate: £120 Per Day (Gross)
Shift Patterns:
* 07:00 – 15:30
* 08:30 – 17:00
* 10:30 – 19:00
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a national support team providing high-quality technical assistance to employees across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, resolve IT issues efficiently, and maintain strong technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide IT support across Chester, Stoke, and Crewe office locations.
2. Respond to support tickets raised via a centralized helpdesk.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
4. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and escalate any non-compliance.
5. Maintain and support Windows 10 Enterprise & Windows Server (Active Directory Services).
6. Assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge and adjust communication accordingly.
