The Role:
* Delivering personalised teaching to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
* Adapting lesson plans and resources to meet individual EHCP goals and learning styles
* Creating a supportive and structured learning environment that promotes progress and independence
* Collaborating closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents/carers
* Monitoring and reporting on student progress in line with school and statutory requirements

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience teaching students with special educational needs (in mainstream or specialist settings)
* Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and behaviour support techniques
* Excellent communication, resilience, and relationship-building skills
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
