Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters including contracts, policies, redundancy, disciplinary, grievance, discrimination, and TUPE issues.
2. Advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
3. Representing clients in employment tribunals and managing pre-claim negotiations.
4. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and HR policies.
5. Working closely with colleagues across the firm to provide joined-up legal support to clients.
6. Contributing to business development and client relationship management activities.
About You
7. Qualified Solicitor with around 2+ years PQE in employment law
8. Solid technical expertise and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
9. Experience advising both employers and employees.
10. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
11. Commercially minded and solution-focused.
