JOB SUMMARY
Position title: Shift Manager
Reports to: Store Manager
As a Shift Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of your assigned shift, ensuring operational excellence, high guest satisfaction, and financial performance through effective delegation, training, and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* DCWF: Execute the Daily Concept Workflow to the highest standards, identify operational gaps based on store traffic, delegate tasks, and provide corrective feedback.
* Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee, delegate, and verify adherence to food and bar safety standards and task‑monitoring checklists; document and report any malfunctions or issues.
* Juicer Training: Carry out planned training following the global mantra: “Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation” to develop skilled, engaged team members.
* Guest Experience: Lead by example, encourage excellence, and respond professionally to in‑store feedback to ensure exceptional guest experience.
* Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize sales performance during shifts, communicate commercial targets, and oversee delivery reporting.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
* Operational Requirements: Task‑monitoring checklist completion rate.
* Store Performance: Daily commercial targets, waste registration, employee meal type‑ins, and delivery reporting.
