Role Purpose
The Ramp Agent Lead will be responsible for loading and unloading of luggage, freight and cargo on and off commercial aircraft, in the outbound bag room and the baggage claim area. Driving and operating small specialized commercial vehicles. Position requires heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and frequent kneeling.
What you will be doing
1. Comfortably and continuously lift/move 70 lbs. of cargo and baggage on and off aircraft and transport it between aircraft, airport terminals and air cargo facilities.
2. Frequent bending, stretching push/pulling, stacking and kneeling in small, confined locations.
3. Operate motorized equipment.
4. Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags.
5. Ensure the safe and secure operations, in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security and all government statutory requirements.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:
7. Prior Ramp experience preferable
8. Must be at least 18 years of age
9. Must pass Drug testing
10. Must be able to speak, read and write in English proficiently
11. Valid driver’s license in good standing
12. Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal
