About the Role
As a Content Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role within our marketing team, working closely with our Head of Growth to create engaging social media content, and build and activate a community of fans for our fast-growing, social-first betting app.
You will be responsible for working with creators, and directly creating social content such as videos, podcasts, interviews and vlogs that reflect our core values while driving social media engagement.
You'll have the chance to get hands-on experience in content creation, community management and growth marketing, receive mentorship and develop your marketing skills in a fast-paced environment, and grow alongside a supportive, experienced and ambitious team.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
* Ideate, shoot, and also appear in in-house video content such as podcasts and interviews.
* Source content creators, communicate and negotiate deals with them.
* Brief content creators on requirements, objectives, scripts and brand guidelines.
* Edit video content using tools such Capcut.
* Manage posting on social media channels, as well as engaging with our customers and fanbase.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
* A strong understanding of and passion for football culture.
* Some experience in social media management, content creation, events planning or community engagement.
* Experience in shooting and creating videos on TikTok, Instagram reels, and using editing software such as CapCut
* You have high ownership, want to learn and are capable of working independently.
* Open to working weekends to shoot content, seed networks and post or stream on social media (with time in lieu).
Nice-To-Haves
* Experience in a high-growth tech environment is a nice-to-have.
* Curiosity about all things growth and marketing — we love people who want to grow in different directions
* Experience with paid advertising on platforms such as Meta.

Work Arrangements
At Stakemate, we believe that building a strong team culture is as crucial as innovating in the sports betting market. You will be a part of our London team and expected to come into our office 3 days a week, located at 79-81 Borough Rd in SE1.
Interview Process
* Intro Call – 30 min call on intro to Stakemate and to understand your background.
* Take Home Task – A short take-home task designed to help us understand your way of thinking.
* Portfolio and Task Review – 30 min call with our Head of Growth to go through your experience, passion and task.
* Team Visit – An in-office meetup with the wider team to experience our culture firsthand.
