Our client, a leading name in the luxury watch industry, is seeking an E-commerce administrator/Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with retail or watch sales experience who is looking to expand their skillset across both client-facing and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Support:
* Provide exceptional service to clients both in-person and over the phone
* Manage and assist with in-store client appointments
* Respond to daily customer enquiries via email and telephone
* Support the full online sales journey—from enquiry to delivery
* Develop product knowledge to confidently assist clients in buying and selling watches
* Assist with aftercare services and client follow-up
E-Commerce & Digital:
1. Learn and manage the in-house system for uploading stock to the website
