We’re looking for a Learning and Engagement Officer to join our HR and Finance Systems Programme, helping to deliver a key part of the clients transformation journey. About the Role As a Learning and Engagement Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the roll-out of two new systems. These systems will transform the way our workforce operate, and your work will ensure they have the support, training and engagement they need to succeed. You’ll work closely with project leads and stakeholders to design and deliver innovative training and engagement activities, ensuring a smooth transition and lasting adoption of new ways of working. Duties Coordinating and delivering engagement activities for staff Leading on the design and delivery of training programmes and materials across diverse learning styles Supporting system testing, user feedback and training needs analysis Helping deliver digitally inclusive training strategies for all staff, including those not online Collaborating across departments to review and update policies and support continuous improvement Contributing to our wider People Strategy and fostering a culture of learning and development We’re seeking someone who: Has experience in designing and delivering training or engagement initiatives Can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders Is organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced project environment Understands the importance of inclusion and accessibility in learning Thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team delivering meaningful change
