Connex Education is currently working in partnership with a successful secondary academy based in the PE11 region, to support their day-to-day supply requirements. There are opportunities to work Monday to Friday, with part-time availability also accepted, providing flexible working options.

Person Specification for Unqualified Teacher
* Experience working with young people in a school setting or similar environment (e.g., NCS, sports coaching).
* Confidence in leading classes of children aged 11-16 years.
* Ability to work well with challenging behaviour.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Willingness to undergo ongoing professional training.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and think on your feet.
* Ambitious, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and good sense of humour.
