A bit about the job
As a Pricing and Commercial Lead within our Health Innovation team, you will develop and implement commercial strategies for new propositions. You will leverage your pricing expertise and analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities, ensuring our innovations are customer-centric and commercially sustainable. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide insights and recommendations influencing strategic decisions and shaping the future of our health business.
Skills and experience
* Strong commercial background with experience in pricing, financial planning, and risk management.
* Proficient in commercial pricing knowledge and innovative thinking to influence design and costing of new products and propositions.
* Proficiency in data analysis and experience with at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
* Ability to develop business cases and communicate complex analysis to non-technical audiences.
* A solid understanding of insurance pricing and distribution, ideally within the health sector.
