At St George’s Church of England Foundation School, we are seeking to appoint a talented practitioner to the role of Teacher of Maths and Second in Charge responsible for Coaching and Professional Development (TLR 2b).

Your role
You will:
5. Teach Maths at KS3, KS4 and KS5
6. Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment
7. Model excellent classroom practice and high expectations
TLR 2b responsibility
The successful candidate will lead in the following:
Coaching & Professional Development
8. Lead instructional coaching and CPD
9. Mentor Early Career Teachers and new staff
10. Promote evidence-informed teaching
11. Improve teaching consistency and outcomes
What we’re looking for
12. A qualified teacher with a relevant degree
13. Strong subject knowledge in Maths
14. Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
15. Leadership potential and excellent interpersonal skills
16. Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and school values
