The role
As a PeopleCentre Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You play a vital role in ensuring our people have the timely, accurate and supportive service they need throughout their career with us.
Day-to-day, you’ll be required to
1. Supporting payroll submissions accurately and on time
2. Responding to employee queries and signposting to the appropriate specialist teams
3. Managing enquiries related to benefits, salary sacrifice, maternity, paternity and sickness
4. Liaising with stakeholders to ensure queries are resolved promptly and professionally
5. Handling a high-volume workload while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused approach
This position is a 37‑hour‑per‑week role, based at our Warrington site. Hybrid working patterns are available.
Essential experience of the PeopleCentre Administrator:
6. Demonstrating previous HR administrative experience with the ability to manage a large and varied workload
7. Using Microsoft Office applications confidently
8. Providing excellent customer service within a customer-facing role
9. Communicating clearly and professionally with stakeholders
10. Working effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
