About the Role:
MPL Site Services are working on behalf of our client, a well-established construction company based in Loughton, Essex, to recruit an experienced and organised Office Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys a varied role and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and organise filing systems (both digital and paper-based)
* Download and store technical drawings and documentation
* Produce, update, and manage registers and project databases
* Support the team with data entry and general document management
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials
* Ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and securely stored
* Provide general administrative support to the wider office team
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous office administration experience (essential)
* Strong computer literacy – proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Confident in downloading, storing, and managing drawings and files
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy office environment
* Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner
* Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Any construction-related experience would be highly beneficial
