Job Description:
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with Teaching Personnel you will have the opportunity to work in secondary schools, gaining invaluable experience while making a positive impact on students’ lives. You will be supported by experienced mentors and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
* Create a positive learning environment conducive to students’ academic and personal growth
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing Initial Teacher Training (ITT)
* Passion for teaching and supporting students’ learning
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with colleagues
