The Company
This is a well-established, independent KBB business with a strong brand, loyal customer base, and deep roots in the sector. Operating from a purpose-built showroom and distribution centre, the company supplies bathrooms and associated products to both trade and retail markets—including developers, contractors, and end-users.
THE ROLE
Were recruiting for a commercially focused General Manager to take full control of the business, including the P&L, strategy, sales, and commercial direction. Youll inherit a stable team of nearly 30 people and a business turning over close to £10m. The focus now is growth—theres substantial potential to scale across new sectors, new customer groups, and underperforming geographic areas.
The ideal candidate will spend their time driving business development, implementing marketing initiatives, forming strategic partnerships, and steering the company into its next phase. Operational functions are well delegated—this role is about leadership, vision, and impact.

Youre a proven commercial leader with experience in the KBB space—be it bathrooms, kitchens, or interiors. You thrive when given autonomy and are excited by the prospect of taking a strong, stable business and turning it into something even bigger. You understand both trade and retail channels and know how to unlock untapped value in both.
