Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Pastry Sous Chef (Maternity Cover) to join our Pastry team on a 12 month fixed term basis.
The Pastry Sous Chef role:
The Pastry Sous Chef is responsible to supervise, coordinate and assist the Head Chef in planning, preparation and production of all food items & maintain the smooth running of the operation.
To control food cost, portion and market list.
To deputize in the absence of the Head Pastry Chef
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred environment in a similar leadership pastry role.
A deep understanding of pastry techniques and modern dessert trends.
Commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for creating exceptional pastry experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
