About Our Client
Company Profile* Our client was established in 1997 to supply leisure clothing to the corporate promotional and Workwear markets in the UK and Europe.* They have 3 main distributors in the UK and approx. 15 across Europe.* Sourcing from Asia.* Product offer - polo shirts (being our main product area), woven shirts and trousers, knitwear, t shirts, sweatshirts, sportswear, towels and polar fleece, jackets, Towelling products and Plush Toys.Our client's brands provide a coordinated range of clothing for the corporate, promotional and workwear markets. The garments are sold through established Trade Distributors throughout the UK and Europe specialising in this area of supply. The garments are sold with no external branding, so are free for the customers message, be it a specific promotion or company branding.The "End User" or wearer is often given these garments and therefore have little or no influence on what they are to wear. Our target customer is a supply company, decorator or promotional house who buys directly from the Trade Distributor and coordinates the products for their "End User" customer.In this highly competitive market it is vital to promote the brands as the very best in their field. Design, quality and continued supply are the grounding for these highly successful brands and these features need to play a paramount role in the success of the brands.
Job Description
Brand Ambassador - Representing all our client's brands across Scotland and Northern Ireland.THIS ROLE IS NON-DIRECT SALES BASED
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
4. Liaise closely with head office to identify new opportunities.
5. Relay field and market intelligence to head office.
6. Work closely with the distribution network to advance brand awareness.
7. Review market trends and new product opportunities
8. Develop customer relations across all levels of business.
9. Travel to regional areas
10. Assess marketing opportunities across all brands.
11. Weekly update calls with head office
12. Regular travel to head office on a monthly basis for Brand Review Meetings
13. Appointment making on a weekly basis.
14. Supporting customers with samples and POS
15. Full time position
The Successful Applicant
A successful Brand Ambassador should have:
16. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
17. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
18. Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
19. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
