Finance Assistant – Oxfordshire

If you are a Graduate, or experienced Apprentice with at least a year’s experience then this could be a great move for you.
We are looking for somebody who has gained experience in an accounting role in industry or practice and is looking for the next step in their career.
You’ll ideally be nearing the end of AAT or have started working towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA and be committed to completing this (assistance will be offered).
The offices are based in Oxfordshire and you’d need to be in the office 4 days a week with limited public transport available so your own transport is advisable (parking is provided).
What you will do:
* Enter and check invoice details
* Prepare bank payments
* Assist with VAT reporting
* Work with the team to complete management & statutory accounts
* Assist colleagues with reporting & projects
What you will need:
* At least 12 months experience in a finance role
* A commitment to completing your studies
* A positive & tenacious attitude
* Excellent communication skills & the ability to build strong working relationships
