Bridge Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and expanding client in the Birmingham area. We're looking for an experienced Export Coordinator to join their dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring seamless international shipping operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in export logistics who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide expert support to customers with export-related queries
· Prepare and verify essential export documentation (e.g. commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations)
· Apply for required export documents including Bills of Lading, Health Certificates, and Certificates of Origin
· Coordinate logistics for all export shipments - arrange transport and ensure timely delivery to global clients
· Obtain competitive quotes and manage bookings for Air, Sea, and Road freight through couriers and freight forwarders
· Manage and respond to incoming emails and phone calls efficiently and professionally
· Uphold the companys Core Values, Code of Ethics, and contribute to CSR goals

· Excellent customer service skills with a professional, approachable manner
· Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
· Confident communicator who can handle pressure and resolve issues diplomatically
· Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion
· Analytical thinker with the ability to offer thoughtful suggestions and feedback
· Fully IT literate - confident using Microsoft Office, Syspro, and Salesforce CRM
