Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the identification, preparation and distribution of needed Project Quality Plans and procedures in accordance with the Company Quality Management System (QMS).
* Plan quality audits to check the correct implementation of the PQMS.
* Conduct an external audit of Vendors' and Subcontractors' QMS.
* Participate in Project Management meetings to ensure coordination between Quality activities and PM activities.
* Supervise subcontractors and organisations in charge of the works.
* Ensure management of site non-conformities.
* Promote appropriate actions to prevent potential non-conformities and their causes.
* Collect and analyse project quality data, also to organise and lead the Project Quality Management Review.
* Ensure the management of the lessons learned process through the Reflex tool.
* Report Project information and data to the Project’s Quality Manager.
What Are We Looking For?
Education
* Engineering degree
Certification
* ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor
Experience
* 5 years as Quality Engineer or similar in a Construction site project environment
Technical Skills
* Audit
* Subcontractors management
* Material storage and preservation
