We are looking for an enthusiastic people who enjoy working as part of a multiagency team in a fast-paced environment to join the team as a Community Care Officer. You will join a friendly and established team whose emphasis is on 'making safeguarding personal' and delivering a proportionate response to concerns raised about adults at risk. The team work with adults aged 18 and above across all areas, specialising in undertaking adult safeguarding duties in line with Section 42 of the Care Act 2014.

You will need the following to apply for the post:
2 years' experience of working with adults
Experience of operating as part of a team
The ability to work on your own initiative whilst working closely with your colleagues, partner agencies and community teams
Experience of working at pace and dealing with multiple demands
Evidence your ability to gather appropriate and proportionate information
Evidence your understanding of risk and impact and implications of risk
Effective communication, organisational and IT skills are essential
