Head of Data/Data Lead
Salary Range: £80,000–£100,000 + Equity
Location: 3/4 days per week in the office - Shoreditch

The Head of Data will…
Lead and scale the data function across the business. You’ll define and execute the entire data strategy, own the infrastructure, build out BI foundations, and guide a growing team of analysts and scientists. The Head of Data will be pivotal in turning raw data into actionable insights across customer acquisition, retention, supply chain dynamics, and product optimisation. You’ll partner directly with leadership, fuelling growth and experimentation while promoting a truly data-driven culture.
Essential Skills
* Proven leadership of data teams within fast-growth, early-stage environments
* Advanced expertise in BI, SQL, and data warehousing/ETL processes
* Strong commercial acumen – able to translate business needs into analytical frameworks
* Skilled in experimentation design, A/B testing, and statistical methodologies
* Experienced in two-sided marketplaces (preferred, not essential)
