Health & Safety Administrator – 6598
Location: Worcester - fully office-based
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days (flexi hours)
Salary: £26,500 – £34,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities of a Health & Safety Administrator:
* Maintain Health & Safety records and compliance documentation.
* Support daily facilities reporting and operational requirements.
* Organise and track training, inductions, and compliance records.
* Record and follow up on accidents, near misses, and safety reports.
* Assist with audits, risk assessments, and COSHH procedures.
* Provide general administrative support to the H&S team and wider departments.
* Promote safety awareness and contribute to a strong safety culture.
Key Skills of a Health & Safety Administrator:
* Experience in Health & Safety administration or manufacturing environments (preferred).
* Knowledge of COSHH, audits, and compliance standards.
* IOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to work towards).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident handling data.
* Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused.
