People & Culture Manager- FinTech
London based, 4 days per week in office
Central London initially, moving to the City next quarter
Up to £80,000 + 10% bonus
We’re working with a high-growth, regulated FinTech, who are entering a defining phase of its journey. After a period of strategic reset, the organisation is now in full execution mode with 2026 set to be a major growth year...
Key priorities include the launch of a new payments platform, expansion into new client segments, increased regulatory complexity and continued market growth. The leadership team is highly engaged, values-led and focused on building a high-performance culture without cutting corners.
This role sits at the heart of that ambition.
The People & Culture Manager will play a critical role in scaling people capability alongside the business. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, building pragmatic and impactful people programmes that support performance, engagement and sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating in pacey environments, shaping structure as the business scales, and bringing clarity where things are still evolving.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Building and delivering scalable learning and development programmes aligned to business goals
* Managing a team of two People Advisors (London and EU)
* Owning Learning & Development strategy - leading end to end programme management.
* Strengthening leadership and management capability across the organisation
* Owning performance frameworks including role levelling, competencies and review cycles
* Managing employee relations with sound judgement, balancing pace, risk and culture
What we’re looking for:
* Senior generalist People experience in a fast-growth, regulated or adjacent environment
* Strong business partnering skills with confidence influencing senior stakeholders
* Pragmatic, commercially minded approach with high standards
* Experience supporting organisations through scale and increasing operational complexity
* Values-led, with the credibility to help culture remain a true differentiator
This role is not for:
* Policy-heavy or overly theoretical HR profiles
* Someone uncomfortable with ambiguity, pace or senior influence
* A purely administrative People role
What’s on offer:
* Up to £80,000 base salary plus 10% bonus
* 25 days holiday, plus birthday leave
* Pension, life insurance and enhanced parental leave
* Health and wellbeing platform access
