We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Operations department within the Capital Feasibility Team to join as a Feasibility Coordinator!
Please note this position can be based at either Barnhurst or Leicester Water Centre.
As a Feasibility Coordinator at Severn Trent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that capital works delivered internally are in accordance with CDM regulations, with the customer always at the heart of what we do. You will collaborate closely with the Capital Feasibility PM (CFPM) and Feasibility Specialist (SP) to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your role will involve keeping plans up to date and cascading information to relevant roles across all regions within Severn Trent.
You will also be responsible for raising SAP orders for scheme job builds and managing the programme of work. This includes reviewing cost plans and collaborative plans, reporting back to the source, and providing updates as required. Ensuring all documentation is stored on ACC and providing support for the team where needed to ensure scheme delivery are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will track performance data and ensure it is updated for weekly loop cells.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional who has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to support effective delivery. Your ability to schedule a programme of works will be essential. Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in SAP will be key in driving our success. You'll be fully aware of Health & Safety, Well-being, HR, Environmental, and QA policies and standards, and have a solid understanding of CDM regulations.
Your excellent planning and organisational skills will help you set clearly defined goals, manage time effectively, and identify and organise resources needed to accomplish tasks. With your exceptional presentation skills, you'll communicate, engage, and challenge stakeholders at all levels, adjusting your message to fit the audience. In addition, you'll plan and prioritise your workload with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management skills, ensuring accurate and effective handling of financial processes. They should have extensive knowledge of SAP ECC, demonstrating expertise in SAP system transactions and workflows. Experience with SAP capital project transactional activities, including WBS set-up, funding release, monthly ‘true-up’ reconciliation, PM Work Orders, and WBS completion is essential
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI is desirable, as these tools are integral to the role. The candidate should have experience working in a team environment and be capable of meeting tight deadlines. Knowledge of the capitalisation process and experience in risk management processes and audit/assurance is desirable.
