We are working with an excellent FM company who are looking for a forward thinking individual to lead and drive the Cleaning division forward.
Ideally we are looking for someone who possesses strong leadership skills, lead from the front, and also be results driven.
Key skills our client is looking for is as follows:
Essentials and desireables:
Managing cleaning staff, managing and facilitating the rota's.
HR duties, utilising HR systems - demonstrate a strong level of IT ability.
Recruitment.
Ordering stock and maanging the stock.
Training in line of BICS or similar.
Work in a similar environment and mange multi-sites.
Health & Safety knowledge would be an advantage. - covering IOSHH, NEBOSH
Qualification in BICS - advantage.
