What is?
As Operations Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds our daily business operations together, ensuring the smooth running of Hyperliminal while fostering a positive, inclusive environment for our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage everything from team onboarding and cultural initiatives to health and safety checks.
What do?
* Assist with financial operations such as payroll, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
* Oversee people operations including HR processes, policies, and recruitment assistance
* Help plan and execute initiatives like perks, team events, and morale-boosting activities
* Manage office operations including purchasing and ensuring compliance with local labor laws
* Coordinate internal communications
* Assist with user engagement, including organizing community events and outreach
Who you?
* At least 2 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, SMB administration, HR, or office management
* Experience in community management and event planning
* Experience managing basic business financial operations in the UK (bookkeeping, etc.)
* Highly organized with skills in setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and adapting to rapid changes
* Friendly, approachable, and effective at communicating with team members and external stakeholders
* Proficient with various tools and platforms to support team operations
* Execution-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
