Job Description
3. Perform quality control testing on finished pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with specifications.
4. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all test results and laboratory activities.
5. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
6. Support investigations into deviations or non-conformances in testing processes.
7. Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines consistently.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the timely release of products.
9. Assist with method validation and process improvement initiatives.
10. Maintain a clean and organised laboratory environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful QC Analyst should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
12. Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, or spectroscopy.
13. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in testing.
14. Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and regulatory requirements.
15. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
16. Proficiency in laboratory documentation and record-keeping.
